Turning technology built on site
into products

We are building products other sites can use from technology developed on our own projects at airports and a public underpass. For each one, what works today is listed separately from what is still in development.

Media Operations Platform

Media Operations Platform

In development

A CMS and OMS for content distribution, device operations and show control across many sites in one platform. Management and on-site playback are separated so the show keeps running even when the management server or the internet goes down.

A good fit forAirports, DOOH networks, exhibitions and events that run screens and devices across many sites from one place

  • Go
  • gRPC
  • Java 21
  • Spring Boot
  • PostgreSQL
  • React
  • TypeScript

Working today

  • Publish content as immutable releases and roll back to an earlier release when something goes wrong
  • Resumable uploads of large media files (even after switching browsers)
  • On-site sync agent that resumes downloads, verifies them by hash and reports readiness
  • Device leases so only one system controls a device, self-recovery and operator alarms (acknowledge, silence)
  • Emergency stop that sends devices to a safe state without waiting for running commands
  • Built-in single sign-on (OIDC) and device certificate revocation

In development

  • Validation on physical LED controllers
  • Upload and distribution tests with real large files
  • First on-site pilot

Multi-Screen Player

Multi-Screen Player

Preparing rollout

A player that keeps many high-resolution screens in frame-accurate sync so they play as one picture. It is being prepared for rollout at an airport departures hall.

A good fit forAirports, exhibitions and lobbies where giant LED walls or many displays must play as one seamless screen

  • C++20
  • OpenGL
  • FFmpeg
  • CUDA
  • Go
  • SvelteKit
Multi-display sync playback console showing five PCs connected and playing their parts of the same video, and a server playlist of five items with per-PC files, the second item now playing

Working today

  • Screens, resolutions, GPUs and outputs come from configuration, and every output shows the same frame at the same moment (all hold if one is late)
  • Frame match across screens confirmed on a three-node rig with hardware sync
  • Self-recovery with no operator action after service restarts or renderer crashes
  • Hardware-bound node licences and a Windows installer

In development

  • Throughput validation on a real five-8K-screen, 20-output setup
  • Integration testing against the airport CMS rehearsal server
  • Dedicated CMS protocol with notice overlays and picture-in-picture images
  • Cutover at the airport departures hall

Face-Masking CCTV Signage

Face-Masking CCTV Signage

Running on one site · being productized

An all-in-one system that masks faces in CCTV footage in real time, shows the footage on signage screens alongside ads and records it. It runs at one public underpass today and will be supplied with its hardware once the face-detection model is replaced and public-sector security certification is complete.

A good fit forPublic facilities, underpasses and plazas that show CCTV footage to citizens while masking faces and other personal image data

  • Python
  • CUDA
  • NVIDIA DeepStream
  • Java 21
  • Spring Boot
  • React
  • PostgreSQL
Output screen of the face-masking CCTV signage: a live CCTV test feed beside an information video and a notice, with a caption saying faces on screen are masked automatically

Working today

  • Real-time face detection on RTSP camera feeds with GPU mosaic and blur
  • Recording of masked video in five-minute files, with automatic clean-up by retention and disk usage
  • Web NVR: search and play recordings by camera and date, export thumbnails and clips
  • Signage layouts and playlists published instantly, with calendar-based effect schedules
  • Remote PTZ camera control and live checks of camera feeds and screen output (WebRTC)
  • Device health checks with self-recovery, role-based access and account lockout

In development

  • Replace the face-detection model with one trained in-house
  • Security certification required for public-sector procurement
  • A package supplied with hardware

Multi-Zone Store Audio

Multi-Zone Store Audio & Announcements

Preparing field tests

A system that splits a store into zones, plays different background music in each zone on time-of-day and weekday schedules, and mixes TTS or live microphone announcements over the music. The software is built; a continuous test on an in-store PC is next.

A good fit forStores, malls and mixed-use venues that need different music and announcements in each zone

  • Java 21
  • Spring Boot
  • GStreamer
  • gRPC
  • Python
  • React
  • PostgreSQL
Store music console dashboard with engine, plan and cache status above eight zones, from the main floor to the stockroom, each showing its current track, volume and next or stop buttons

Working today

  • Different music playing at once in each zone, each routed to its own amplifier
  • Schedules compiled into playback plans, so music keeps playing even if the server or network stops
  • Crossfades, gapless transitions and per-zone level meters
  • Korean TTS announcements and live USB-microphone announcements (music ducks automatically)
  • Per-zone choice of output device on Windows and Linux
  • Web admin console with single sign-on and installers for Windows and Linux

In development

  • 72-hour continuous test on an in-store PC
  • Validation with networked audio amplifiers (AES67 and others) on real hardware
  • First store installation
